Common questions

My readings look generic, or say "sample content".
Your birth date, time and place drive every calculation. Open Profile → Edit Profile and check all three are correct — an unknown birth time makes the Moon sign and Ascendant approximate. If the sample-content tag stays after a refresh, the app could not reach our servers; check your connection and reopen it.

I subscribed but Premium is not showing.
Open Profile → Premium and tap Restore purchases. Subscriptions are tied to the Celesia account that was signed in at the moment of purchase, so make sure you are signed into that same account.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, so they are cancelled in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Celesia. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period runs to its end. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete my account. This permanently erases your profile, birth data and cloud backup, and cannot be undone. You can also e-mail us from your account address with the subject "Account deletion request". Note that deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that in iOS Settings first.

I am not getting notifications.
Check iOS Settings → Celesia → Notifications is allowed, then Profile → Notifications in the app to confirm the reminder you want is switched on and set to the hour you expect.

Is Celesia's advice reliable?
Celesia calculates real planetary positions and interprets them with AI. It is intended for guidance, reflection and entertainment — it is not medical, financial, legal or psychological advice.

Tüm hesaplamalar doğum tarihin, saatin ve yerine dayanır. Profil → Profili Düzenle bölümünden üçünün de doğru olduğunu kontrol et — doğum saati bilinmiyorsa Ay burcu ve Yükselen yaklaşık olur. Abone oldum ama Premium görünmüyor.
Profil → Premium bölümünde Satın alımları geri yükle'ye dokun. Abonelikler satın alma anında giriş yapılmış olan Celesia hesabına bağlıdır; aynı hesapta olduğundan emin ol.

Aboneliğimi nasıl iptal ederim?
Abonelikler bizim tarafımızdan değil Apple tarafından tahsil edilir; iptal işlemi iOS Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler → Celesia üzerinden yapılır. İptal, sonraki yenilemeleri durdurur; mevcut dönem sonuna kadar devam eder. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.

Hesabımı nasıl silerim?
Uygulamada: Profil → Hesabımı sil. Bu işlem profilini, doğum verilerini ve bulut yedeğini kalıcı olarak siler ve geri alınamaz. Dilersen hesabına bağlı adresten "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta da gönderebilirsin. Hesabını silmek aktif aboneliğini iptal etmez — önce iOS Ayarlar'dan aboneliği iptal et.

Önce iOS Ayarlar → Celesia → Bildirimler izninin açık olduğunu kontrol et, sonra uygulamada Profil → Bildirimler bölümünden istediğin hatırlatmanın açık ve doğru saate ayarlı olduğuna bak.
